Today I felt proud because I was upset by something that happened, and while I was ranting about it, I paused and said “you know what? I’m projecting,” and I was able to step away and examine the situation. And myself with more compassion.
Today I felt proud because I went out and did bank stuff, then my sister and I donated blood

Today I felt proud because it's been 65 days since I haven't taken Tramadol. I still struggle a lot with my addiction but I've promised myself not to and I intend on doing it :)
Today I felt SUPER proud because not only did I apply for a job and got an instant reply, I also cleaned my entire flat. Polished the mirrors, vacuumed and mopped the floor, put away dishes, wiped and sprayed the toilet and the sinks, threw out the trash, did some laundry and swept dust off things in the living room! Still gotta do the shower and the windows but today, I'm allowing myself to be tired and look at all the other things I did, which I also feel proud of being able to do again!
Definitely time for well deserved rest!
tifp bc i finished my geography assignment early, even tho i had been putting it of!!!!!!also it was a lot easier than i thought. also got a good grade in my german class, something that i worked really hard for:]]

Tifp because I realised I’m finally getting over my insecurities over my accent! It probably doesn’t sound like a big deal but it’s huge for me, especially with online classes and the like

Today I feel proud because I brushed my teeth for the first time in months!!
I felt proud because, for the first time in a while, I asked for help and didn’t brush people off who tried to help me. I’m also doing better in classes and I’m not giving up when things get hard :) things are looking up for me!! 🌻
tifp because i tidied up my life! all the dishes are done, the laundry is done, letters and documents are answered and put away, i'm showered, my teeth are brushed, i made a plan for everything i shouldn't forget to do this week, and i even went for a walk!
So fresh & so clean - I bet it was incredibly rewarding!
