“ MY, MY, MY, Who do we have here ??? My favorite little listener ! “ he beamed as he gently patted the kid’s head. An audible gasp escapes his lungs as he sees the card. A small gesture but he could tell the other had poured her heart in it. 

“ Why thank you && right back at ya little rhino ! “ There was about a 99% chance the card  would find a spot on the wall of his home office, framed next to the other drawings and cards he had received from the white haired girl. “ Also AWESOME job on the spelling ! You got it down ! “

GUYS GUYS GUYS. Alright so- Hizashi’s most genuine laughter is just SOUNDLESS. It’s him occasionally gasping for air ( a few small giggles might escape as well ), hands holding his sides, body jerking but NO SOUND COMES OUT, his voice box just basically shuts down.

Headcanons considering Mic’s hearing:

This has come up in conversations while plotting with people so I’ll just put these few points out there: 

his hearing is a mess, his own quirk damaged it at a very young age (uses hearing aids which he only takes off at night)

he knows sign language (both English ASL and Japanese JSL)

the headphones in his hero outfit actually have a function: THEY PROTECT HIS OWN EARS who would have thought that costume has any functionality??
