It is moment frozen in time like this that makes me believe their bond is so special. The happiness glimmering in their eyes, the natural joyful expression on their face, and the genuine curvature of their mouth; there is so much magic conveyed through my screen that it makes me giggle and warm with mirth from inside out.
This is a picture of love, however you’d like to define that. May it be friendship, bromance, love under the moon, or all of the above, but undoubtedly it is love and it’s beautiful. Simply enjoying each other’s presence and laughing over something so trivial as watching confetti flutter about. Truly, what they share is delightful and enchanting.
Their relationship is so ordinary and natural that often it is overlooked. However when you do pay attention and glance at them from the corner of your eyes once in a while, you’d spot the sweetest smile on Kyungsoo’s face as he laughs uninhibited with Chanyeol, who is also cackling and immersed in their shared merriment. There is something magical in the air as they always somehow end up next to each other, their expression softened and their poses relaxed. It’s the comfort of knowing someone dear is near. It’s the assurance that someone will always have their back.
Maybe Chanyeol and Kyungsok can be opposite like the day and the night, but they are also birds of a feather and two peas in a pod. They contradict but also compliment each other perfectly. They are soulmates and they are meant to be. You can see that in their eyes, their smiles, and the subtle touches they share once in a while.
So when I see moment like this, of them appreciating the little joys in their intertwined lives, I truly believe. There is magic in the air and it is because they are together, side by side. It is chansoo that brings the magic to life.

Who are you to tell other people how to ship their ship though? Or who are you to tell others what qualifies them or not to stan kyungsoo? Admit it, the only reason you're angry is becquse you ship chansoo and it struck a nerve because it's true. If it isn't, you would have just ignored it because it's just nonsense. How can i ignore it if there heartless people was laughing at those unfunny shits??? Why can’t people see that he’s a warm-hearted guy who just loves to cook for his friends and family, smiles beautifully, and forgives easily?
He gets physically defensive sometimes because he isn’t always good with telling people off when he’s not in the mood to play around .. Can’t he be ticked off sometimes? It’s completely normal to get annoyed by your persistently mischievous friends sometimes.
But Kyungsoo LOVES those friends too much that he just can’t really ignore them for long. Just take a look at all those fancams of ChanSoo goofing around at their concerts, especially during their traditional confetti “celebrations”. Kyungsoo would always give in to Chanyeol in the end, and just tolerate his playful nature. Sometimes Kyungsoo just can’t really be mad at Chanyeol. Instead, he laughs with Chanyeol and gives Chanyeol light, gentle touches that confirms he isn’t fed up. He’s willing to put aside his tiredness just to respond to Chanyeol and make sure Chanyeol doesn’t get hellishly bored during ments (Chanyeol isn’t good at standing still, you see).
