i have a question, so my parents are muslim but theyre not muslim-muslim they dont pray or fast etc.. and this year i devoted myself into islam snd learnes how to pray etc, but my question is are all the sins that ive commited forgiven or not?

Alhamdulillah, all thanks to Allah for whatever He has decreed.
Honestly speaking, i am in no position to decide whether your sins were forgiven or not, however as a Muslim, you must believe with all your might that Allah will forgive your sins, for He is, in fact, The Most Forgiving.
And remember what Allah said about repentance in Surah At-Tahrim verse 8,
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا تُوبُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ تَوْبَةً نَّصُوحًاا
"O you who have believed, repent to Allah with sincere repentance."
So what is sincere repentance?
Ibn Hajar mentioned that Qurtubi quoted 23 different definitions of true repentance in his tafsir. Ibn Hajar mentioned the most important of these:1. To sin and then never to return to it.2. To hate the sin, and the seek forgiveness for it everytime it occurs to one.
3. To be genuine and truthful in one’s repentance.4. To have sincerity in one’s repentance.5. To be concerned about one’s repentance not being accepted.6. To be such that it does not need another repentance after it.7. To be made out of fear and hope, and be accompanied by consistency in worship. 8. Like the seventh, but with the added condition that one desert those who assisted one in sin.9. That one’s sin be between one’s eyes. (That is, one does not forget it.) [Ibn Hajar, Fath al-Bari]
And also my brother/sister, dont forget to pray for your parents as well, pray that Allah guides them to the right path..
