HOW can you say that?!?!?! HOW can you sit there and watch Asa say “scrumptious” and “tickety-boo,” bring out the hot cocoa, and then watch Anthony absolutely GEEK OUT over the universe and point out the NIGHTINGALE while they hold hands under the night sky — and then look me dead in the eyes and tell me that’s not them?!?!?!
Like I’m sorry but that is literally their ESSENCE reincarnated into human form. Same souls. Same love. Same ridiculous little mannerisms. They found each other AGAIN. What more do you WANT FROM ME!!!!!!!!
she is NOT brave. she will NOT show up to the function. she is bad at both COMMUNICATING AND EXISTING ! if you walk a little too close to her she will CRY and SKITTER AWAY like a BUGE . ☝️
Maybe the reason so many people are upset with the good omens finale is due to our own fear of mortality?
I mean, Crowley and Aziraphale finally got to be together without heaven and hell stepping on their heels all the time. They finally bought that cottage, got married and enjoyed the rest of their mortal life in each other's company. That's exactly what so many fans wanted, just without the mortal part.
Do we think it's because the idea of death is just so tragic to us? The idea of them one day dying, just sounds so tragic, when that is the end all of us will one day see.
And I truly understand that fear. However, I think this ending was actually a good one. In fact, immortality to me sounds so much more scary than dying after living a fulfilling life with the one you love. I think this ending was truly ideal. The idea of going to heaven or hell has been eliminated from the world.
The whole system was broken and needed to be destroyed and rebuilt. I think that too is very symbolic.
Toward the end of 2025, Tumblr adjusted it's mature content auto-filtering and it resulted in basically any image of a fat person being flagged as mature, and after 8 years of constantly creeping restriction of adult content throughout the internet, and of feedist content specifically in the past few years, I think we've all gotten super fed up with it all!
If you're as sick as I am of payment processors, advertisers, Christian lobbyists, and tech CEOs dictating what you can and can't create and see, let's create something they're never going to be able to restrict or remove: physical media, made by feedists and for feedists.
So, in the tradition of zine-making as a DIY self-publishing medium of material and topics that the mainstream is anywhere from disinterested in to hostile to, I am putting together a zine composed of a small collection of explicit sexual and/or kinky works that depict elements of feedism, fat fetishism/admiration, weight gain kink, and/or fat bodies (inclusive of asexuality of course) - especially the kind of material that is increasingly restricted from online access.
Submissions could include fiction, art/photography, or prose (for example, about one's own experiences having expressions of their kink, sexuality, and fatness suppressed online).
It's also important to me to help build IRL feedist community, so that we have connections with each other that aren't dependent on how much influence Christian morality has on online spaces at any given time. So, for that reason, I am also looking to have one or two meetup sessions in the Northeast US to put the zine together once submissions are in! You don't have to be able to meet up to submit, though: anyone is welcome to participate from any region!
Once the zine is complete, it will be available in print form for the cost of shipping plus any extra you want to throw in towards the contributors! (Contributors will get a free copy! A digital version will also be available upon request on an individual basis as a disability accommodation.)
Submissions will be due by April 20th, by the end of the day, about 5 1/2 weeks away!
Unrelated cute cheese picture to break up the wall of text
If you are interested in getting involved:
Please send me a DM or reply to this post! :) (it would be cool to get a ballpark idea of how many contributors to expect.)
If you are interested in joining a Discord server for planning and discussing the zine or are interested in meeting up to work on the zine, I will send you a discord invite link by dm.
Let's make some fucking delicious, fun, slutty feedist po rn that they'll have to wrestle out of our fingers to take away! >:)
Submission guidelines:
There's no disallowed content other than photographic depictions or apparent depictions of individuals under age 18 at the time of the photo, however, let's keep submissions connected to feedism, fat admiration, stuffing, and/or weight gain kink in some way because that's the point of this zine haha :)
Links or QR codes to external content are discouraged - in the spirit of the project, and given that these might get taken down anyway. (Although I'm open to suggestions/feedback for music submissions and I'm okay with including payment links for tips if people wanted to include that alongside their work)
Submission of works that were taken down by online mediation, had to be censored to remain online or be published, or were refused publishing in another setting are encouraged, especially if the original version is not currently accessible to others. (I.e., self-plagiarism is okay, though imo it would be interesting and topical to add a note or something about the original published version)
Submission Format:
The zine will be printed on size: 8 1/2in x 11in paper folded in half and bound with staples.
Work length: no strict rules, but let's try to stick with 5 or fewer zine pages per person so we have room for a few to several people :)
Primary font/typeface: for accessibility, probably 12-14pt Helvetica, Verdana, or Arial depending on how they look once everything's together, 1.5 spacing.
Scaling: Images should be scaled to fit 7in x 4.5in (in case I goofed up the math, that should be half inch margin on the sides and bottom and 1in margin at the top) or 7.5"x4.5" if you don't want a title or if it's included in the work (such as a comic title panel). Text submissions will be fit into 7"x4.5" for the first page and 7.5"x4.5" on subsequent pages. (Sry for just including imperial system measurements, but I'll be printing in the US so that's what I'll be working with!)
Printing: the intended aesthetic is a traditional DIY zine look, so it will be printed in black and white only (as in, black ink only using halftones rather than greyscale).
Submission Due Date: April 20th 2026
Additional details are available on discord, and feel free to ask me any questions!
I don't check that email super regularly, but I will check more often closer to the submission date, so Tumblr and Discord are the best ways to get in touch with me in the meantime!
Update in case you're not in the discord: I calculated it out and based on the font & spacing, text submissions should be under 1300 words. That was based on a text sample made up of 18 paragraphs, so so if you have a lot of line breaks, the word count would need to be lower.
(And if it helps, with the text box dimensions listed in the original post in Helvetica 11pt font 1.5 spacing, 5 pages of text came out to 138 lines without line breaks.)
Also, it's now 2 weeks and one day until the April 20th deadline!
Richard Beymer, who played Benjamin Horne in Twin Peaks, took a remarkable series of black and white, behind the scenes photographs during the filming of the original series’ final episode in 1991. With David Lynch’s permission, Beymer used his own Olympus camera to document the final days on set after the in-house photographer had left due to the show’s cancellation.
