how i enter the void

*let me be clear on a few things first! i am not an expert on the void or anything, i started my blog as a safe space for beginners and to share what i wish i knew before i started manifesting. my method may not work for you, a lot of people were asking for my method, so here it is. I don’t enter the void often, i mostly manifest without the void, THE VOID IS DRAINING which is also the reason why my method sounds really simple because i can’t remember every single detail. let’s get started!

♡i usually go into the void at night, before i go to bed because it’s the most comfortable for me. i don’t have to worry about anyone interrupting me and i can wear comfy clothes :)

♡i play affirmation music on youtube. this is the one i use. i mostly use it as white noise but maybe it’s helping me and i just don’t know lolll

♡there’s NOT a specific position i lay in and i don’t go into sleep paralysis (at least not intentionally). my focus is falling asleep so that i can wake up in the void

♡i choose to get into the void by waking up in the void because i fall asleep really easily and i know that if i keep affirming and trying to stay awake my mind will wander. if you relate you should probably try to affirm waking up in the void as well

♡i affirm “i will wake up in the void” or “when i wake up i will be in the void”

♡as i affirm, i visualize myself falling asleep and waking up in the void. when i kept failing to get into the void, i was visualizing my future after the void which felt too out of reach, visualizing getting into the void was more like a baby step.

♡this is where things start to get a little blurry. it almost feels like i wake up, but i’m still asleep. i become my consciousness and separate from my body and that’s how i know i’m in the void.

♡once you’re out of the void, you actually will wake up and be in you body again but you will be so exhausted and immediately go back to sleep and the next day wake up to your desired reality.
