I see that you've done three different areas of inflation/enlargement, so here's a choice that could be interesting to think about. Option A: You can inflate one body part as much as you'd like at any time, but you have to choose which body part it is when you accept the ability, and it can't be changed. Option B: You are permanently inflated with a bit more than the capacity of two yoga balls, but you can redistribute that volume however you like and as often as you'd like.

Either option comes with the bonuses that people will understand the reason for it, and won't find it strange, and that your favorite clothes are completely safe from being ripped as a result of the ability.
