People have artisanally weaponized stroganoffs.
Pretty much every week, Roderick utters my new favorite sentence.
Found a couple of drafts of the Fifty Shades of Grey script.
More like Fifty Shits of Grey.
GUYS.
Draft Zero
Wow. My kid asked if she could have an ancient Moleskine Cahier notebook of mine, so I flipped through it and found this little slice of history from the mid-aughts.
ME: Whoa. This is the thing that made me a little famous for a while. ELLIE: What is it? ME: Eh. You won’t have heard of it.
Anyhoo. Took this photo and gave her the notebook.
The Ravens have been defined by defense for as long as they’ve been a franchise. After taking eventual Hall of Famer Jonathan Ogden with Baltimore’s first ever pick, Newsome nabbed undersized Miami linebacker Ray Lewis 22 picks later. Ogden would be the best player in the history of some franchises. _He wasn’t even the best player in the 1996 Ravens draft class._ Lewis not only set the tone for every Ravens defense in the early 2000s, but for what the Ravens would be for the next 15 years. The 2000 Baltimore defense, including Defensive Player of the Year and Super Bowl MVP Lewis, is the one thrown into GOAT discussions, but the Ravens’ stretch throughout the decade should be viewed in its totality. From 1999 to 2011, Baltimore’s worst finish in defensive DVOA was sixth. Again, that’s _worst._ Since then, they’ve fallen out of the top 10 once, in 2012, when they still managed to have enough talent to hold it together for five games and win a Super Bowl.

TIL that Roger Fucking Daltry covered Born to Run and its pretty good.
"It was only a matter of time," said the press release, adding that these cups are "on-trend," which is how you know that they are not.
Hipsterism is DONE. Finished.
I have a lot of favorite panels in the last two Black Widow comics, but this sequence is mostest favorite.
Moustakas in particular looks sharp this spring, and is hitting approximately infinity/infinity/infinity, with all the home runs.

Watch: Bruce Springsteen covers Lorde’s “Royals” in New Zealand
Yes. Good.
I wonder what it feels like to have Springsteen covering one of your songs.
"We move on. We're on a different path right now," Brown said. "We started this season with a plan, we took it to a whole other level to reconfirm our plan on trade deadline night."
-- 76ers Coach Brett Brown, addressing his team's franchise record 21st consecutive loss while trying desperately to not use the word "tanking"
Confirmed Lucky sighting.
MIKE TYSON - 15 YEARS OLD.
Even when I _know_ he throws it, I **still** sometimes miss the short right uppercut of this sequence.
Unreal.
I reblog this every time I see it, no question.
It never gets old, does it?
