I feel like all my text posts make me seem like a very sarcastic annoying irony poisoned person and it doesn’t fit with my overly sincere (but still annoying) self. which I guess is why I don’t post on tumblr much especially within the text post genre. Hi guys! Sorry for my lack of activity lately, I still adore Wes Anderson and his works but the fanart and rants have slowed down for a couple of reasons. I’m at a point where the internet and social media really overwhelms me and I’m trying to push it out of my life a bit. I’ve also been quite busy with school up until a few days ago and most of my creative energy has been channeled into Zines. I’d love to post said Zines but a lot of them are very connected to my real life and include things I want to keep private on the internet.

This blog is not dead! I will be back to more fanart at some point, I might also start casually posting slightly more if people care about that.

P.S, I’ve been heavily considering making a more traditional blog at some point (off platform) and moving my stuff to there. If my tumblr goes inactive, I’ve probably done that!

Rarely post about my actual life or stuff I’m doing but I get to see Belle and Sebastian live in just 3 short days!!! I’ve been looking forward to this for months, they’re probably my favourite band of all time and I’ve been listening to them since I was an actual toddler. I’m the most excited I’ve been in like a year and will absolutely update afterwards.

Reporting back to say it was AMAZING! They sound so good live and completely surpassed my already high expectations. It was such a fun environment and no one was taking themselves too seriously which was awesome. They also played nearly every song I wanted to hear which was insane?! They finished with Lazy Line Painter Jane which was super cool. Anyway yeah, I danced like an idiot and have a shirt to remember it by.
