** (At tenant's request and desire, pending negotiations, tattooing and/or scarification may be added to the approved list of actions Landlord may perform on tenant's body. Under NO circumstances will amputations or death be made permissible.)
12.) The tenant is expected to make themselves available while guests are visiting. Her duties will not be kept secret from guests unless permission is requested and granted in advance.
13.) The tenant’s weight may not exceed ___ lbs.
