I'm listening to Fearless (Taylor's Version) and I'm just really emotional. These are the songs that made me fall in love with Taylor for the first time 12 years ago. And I've fallen in love with her over and over since then, but there's really something magical about hearing her sing those songs as grown woman, and now that they are 100% hers.

I can't tell you what joy it brought me to leave folklore playing in the basement as I walked to the linen closet upstairs only to pass two of my sisters bedrooms and hear each of them independently listening to the album too.

So I listened to folklore in my livingroom and loved it.

Then I listened to folklore alone in my car driving through a quiet, small town on a sunny, peaceful day with the windows down and I'm telling you... its a whole different experience.

I've made an important discovery. (Maybe this is common knowledge, but its news to me)

Spotify has 2 versions of folklore. For those of us who love Taylor and want to enjoy the album, but are not loving the profanity, there is a version where the lines with f bombs are changed to more family friendly words with much the same impact!

I love and respect Taylor, but some of the language on this album made me a little nervous to play her music in my super Christian home. Now my problem is solved, and I don't feel like I'm missing anything 😁

Wait... did Joe and Taylor break up? I need answers... why is no one else freaking out??? DID I MISS SOMETHING???

Any chance someone can tell me where one could buy the octopus earrings? I've loved them forever, but I can't find anything similar online 😬

I'm finishing up a 3 month workout program. Here's my advice for anyone starting their journey to a healthier lifestyle.

1. Take before pictures! No matter how stupid you feel taking them, you'll want to look back and see how far you've come. I didn't take photos or measurements, just my weight. Now, I feel stronger, but my weight hasn't changed. My mom says that I look fitter and healthier, but I don't see it, and I have nothing to look back on to prove to myself that anything has changed.

2. Keep perspective. A small improvement is better than nothing. The workout program I follow is 50 minutes per day, 5 days per week. There was a couple times that I missed a workout, or didn't have time to do the whole thing. So what? Working out 4 days a week instead of 5 is better than not at all. 25 minutes instead of 50 is better than sitting on the couch.

3. Stigmatized weight loss methods are not all bad. A classic example is calorie counting. In the extreme, yes, calorie counting can be dangerous. HOWEVER, becoming aware of how some foods compare to others in terms of calories is not evil. You can still eat desserts, but knowing what's in a piece of cake can help you adjust the other things you eat that day to balance things out.

4. Get an app that can track your fitness. I chose LoseIt, and I have been very happy with it. I entered in my information and goals, and it calculated a healthy daily goal for me to reach my weight loss goal. I can track my food consumption, exercise, and weight over time. It also has the ability to sync with a fitbit to provide more accurate data.

5. Remember: YOUR WEIGHT DOES NOT DEFINE YOU. YOU ARE WORTHY OF EVERYTHING THIS WORLD HAS TO OFFER, REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER ON THE SCALE. It's also okay to want to take care of your body, and to strive to change habits that are not healthy.

I have something to say about this article. A man wrote a post praising his wife. People bugged him because she's thick, and he replied that he loves her and her body. Great.

What bugs me is that NOT ONCE is she referred to as just his wife. It says his "thick wife" or his "curvy wife" again and again. I know the article is regarding her body, but why do you feel the need to mention her body size EVERY TIME you refer to her? Can't she just be his wife Sara?

Another fun fact about that interview is that Ellen still had the CRUEL SUMMER tattoo on her arm underneath her sleeve because we had shot her scene for the video 20 minutes before the interview, and she kept checking to make sure it wasn’t showing 😆 🐣 💕

The Man comes out at 5am where I am and the Q&A at 4am and if you think I'm going to set an alarm and wakeup to watch that knowing that I won't get to bed before midnight and I have an 8am class with a 35min commute... you would be absolutely correct.

Is this how other international fans feel all the time? Like... I'm only a couple hours off so usually timing isn't too bad for me, but this one's gonna be a little rough.
