This ulcer is causing Noha extreme pain and digestive issues, and if it is not treated very soon, will lead to internal bleeding. This ulcer has gone untreated in order to allot more funds for Nour’s ongoing nebulizer treatments, but it has progressed to the point of literally debilitating pain and serious complications. natsuki subarus if were to believe return by death is a reset ability that somehow transports his consciousness to a past point in time it explains his body’s inability to adapt to the constant deaths he experiences
consciously he knows hes experienced death many times
physically his body does not and so hes always experiencing death for the first time when it happens next
his brain/body never adapts to the experience cause its always a first experience
so theres no numbing/getting used to dying
theoretically that would only occur if instead of return by death he got some sort of instant revive ability
