Here is my first Figma figure. I’ve just opened it and barely tried his posable capability, but it seems like the arms are not easy to set with exactitude. I was planning to buy the two other versions, but now I’m not so sure…
Anyway, I think I got this one for a fairly low price, especially compared to the two other versions.
His real name is Ninsatsu (meaning ninja assassin) Hattori Hanzou, but I rename all my figures because to me, they are not the original characters they are supposed to be (and I barely know who they are as I am not into this things), but rather characters of my own world. Beside there is so many versions of Hattori Hanzou out there, as the real Hattori was a historical figure of great renown in Japan. The only Hattori Hanzo(u) that there is to me, is the awesome character from the Samurai Showdown video-game series (love those games!).
By the way, the Neo Geo is still the best console in the history of video-games and I’m planning to own one again one of these days. I already found few shops around town (Osaka) that sale it, along with games and extra arcade-pads. But that’s an other story.
