Ugh I love A.B.A and Paracelsus so much. I made this for my background UwU This drove me crazy with how many times I made small changes to the pose and all the colors. If you look closely, they reflect each other's colors in their eyes.

After I made this I started 'Abamation' and it made a small guest appearance.

Hello! Not one to usually do this, but a buddy of mine from the A.B.Acelcus discord server needs the word out.

ok just to go back to my roots i have been thinking about the concept of an a.b.a + para roleswap only for the character design aspect of it and nothing else so excuse me if this doesn't align with any gg lore at all pftt

so far all i've got is a.b.a is a magical foci made to unlock limitless knowledge and. doors. to anywhere. i'm thinking that she's originally a big key alright ASKSKS and umm paracelsus is a homunculus whose time in isolation has made him vengeful and when he came across a.b.a, she had started to take the form of an axe the more he uses her for battle. ok ok ok

but also im thinking. do i still make it that a.b.a was made in a lab or can that aspect be switched too. i dunno!

OKKK so strive designs. i am thinking that this would be the point where para's influence on a.b.a has. kind of been really ingrained in her mind in that she thinks of herself as more of a weapon than anything else. this causes her form to become more and more unstable (sludgy). paracelsus has many regrets about what he's done to her so he's made revenge and bloodshed less of a priority, unfortunately a.b.a is now vengeful enough for the both of them

A.B.A!!! is teal now bc she's rusted. i did want her to be sludgier bc i was thinking ohhhh, kind of like her hair getting longer, cool! her bandage is now on the other side of her head, as a callback to her key switching sides and to form the shape of that strand of hair she has. more teeth and more sludge bc she's extra paranoid and jealous now.

paracelsus, on the other hand, i don't think he'd get into fashion the same way a.b.a did, so i think his clothes would be the same but more worn out and scuffed, held together by stitching and belts. the blood has dried now, the tear on his pant leg got worse. i also added those horn-bars on his head bc i was thinking that i should give him a better silhouette, just like a.b.a has with her key. im thinking the bandage on his arm is the old bandage-handle a.b.a had. have i mentioned more belts.

also was thinking earlier about how the search for a human body plot point would even work in this dynamic LOL and so far i've got a.b.a wants a human body and she keeps suggesting that paracelsus find her one while he does not get it at all bc being a living weapon is SO much more useful. i think by strive, para is actually doing that now bc a.b.a falls apart more and more each day

[abapara roleswap] listen, i'm not like super knowledgeable at coming up with what would be good fighting game mechanics LOL but i'm just thinking about the way jealousy mode could work in this au as a concept ok

i imagine the jealousy gauge going up with moves where paracelsus doesn't use a.b.a with the reasoning that paracelsus is initiating contact with their enemy and a.b.a feels possessive over him that she doesn't want him touching anybody else + she feels like she's not being useful to him = she's able to transform into something deadlier

also thinking about the parry equivalent for this being paracelsus using himself as a shield and that pisses a.b.a off so much that it fills up meter pftt
