1. Blender (sits like a sad child on my laptop)
2. Even, it was facing right in the past that was difficult but after drawing glorified stickmen a million times —it just doesn't matter anymore!
3. My fixation on birds of Paradise, I have an oc named Reitorou who is my favourite species— a ribbon tailed Astrapia! (has not been posted here yet)
4. Machinery and hard surface objects. A pain to deal with in perspective + have to make it feel 3d like a real object.
5. 1 : 4/5 —I keep doodles to myself and a lot of personal other work. I only like posting finished pieces —last time I posted a wip was in 2024
6. I dunno on this one, I think about my work too much.
7. Oil and Guoache... they look so yummy
8. I don't think I got any cause I keep recycling stuff in my brain
9. Whatever is in my head —for files that pertain to printing, website stuff or general work files I make sure it makes sense or follow the standard.
10. Cravats, arm/leg warmers and flared pants definitely...
11. J pop mostly, or my fave playlist : "Rhythm Game Slop"
12. Hair probably, everything else changes in complexity for me.
13. Hmm.. Paul Heaston! I just admire his line work and hatching.
14. Batik Parang and Kawung are fun!
15. At home/kost or at campus/class when I'm bored. Some of my fave pieces were created or thought up when I was quite bored in class.
16. Doing line art for animations? I don't know what's not fun when you draw for yourself.
17. No, i don't like getting my drawing materials dirty +on traditional I use fountain pens and watercolour and they are water soluble so food and drink is an absolute no go!
18. I don't break them, I just leave them unused most of the time. I can only name one thing off the type of my head, a Platinum Meteor where I squeezed the nib too tight together that the ink would not flow ... 80k rupiah if I remember correctly but it was on discount so 40k
20. Breasts —most of the friends I know who draw can't draw them properly, they don't draw women that often. It's so satisfying seeing that lump of flesh sit properly against the chest, especially laying down! Gives dimension.
21. Paul Heaston, mgong520, rei_17... hmm I can't name that many...
22. Stretches for my back, does weekly maimai count too?
23. Not often for painting other than for touch ups, those are usually overlay and lightening modes for glow. With lineart, I set it at easy burn or multiply and then do the final touch ups like the painting process. The only special blending mode is pigment on drawpile to mimic traditional painting mixing.
24. Rarely. When I come up with poses, I usually just try to mentally visualise or act them out myself. Stock images are for animals and other things I don't commonly draw.
25. Nobody has every compared my art style before so I don't know
26. Not posted here yet but I have a drawing of Arakawa and Fusakin kissing but what was shown is only the hands clasping vigorously on his back against his capelet. It was so funny to think people thought it was another ship than my OTP lol
27. For lineart only really, just a more simpler object or just doodle around to not stiffen my lines.
28. Comifuro comifuro comifuro
29. All the manhwa, manga and anime I watch —I never get inspired by them at all ironically >~<""" I got more inspired by a frame by Greyhound (war movie on a ship) more than watching chainsawman or the manga.
30. It's always changing in my personal opinion but it's works that I attribute deeper meaning/symbolism through composition and lighting. Right now it's mostly my other ArakawaxFusakin drawings which are focused on gesture and romantic/carnal tension. (Can you tell this is what I find the most fun to draw?)
