Casualty sometimes gets storylines and relationships between characters soooooooooo wrong.
Nicozi is not one of those examples.
I have no real opinion of Indie yet but I’m kind of tired of the whole “new paramedic/nurse/doctor is introduced as immature and doesn’t take their job seriously” thing. Like, I loved how when Rash was introduced his anxiety affected his work (with his bestie Bea who I loved btw). It was so much more compelling.
I hope the writers don’t intend to push Cam’s storyline to the side but I fear that is what they are going to do, which is such a shame because that was one of my favourite aspects of last series.
I hate how the narrative is treating Rash. The aftermath of his suicide attempt was godawful, and now they’re having everyone gang up on him for some random guy who looks like he was pulled from TikTok.
I feel it’s reflective of Teddy’s storyline. Both his SA storyline and Rash’s suicide attempt storyline were done for shock value with no real care to do it properly or treat the characters with any sort of respect.

My review of Stevie Nash in this series of Casualty ❤️❤️❤️-
Nicole is clearly creating distance with Ngozi out of fear of being abandoned or hurt again. This could just be down to Rosie straight up leaving after finding out the Down Syndrome diagnosis, but it’s been hinted at she has some deeper history with Rosie.
Rosie blamed her for whatever happened that made her end up in a wheelchair, and Nicole only takes on the surrogacy out of guilt.
Perhaps Nicole feels unworthy of such love from Ngozi because she feels like such a horrible person for whatever happened in the past. Maybe she is also afraid of getting too close to Ngozi in case she ends up getting hurt too, just like she hurt Rosie.
The argument “Oh, but Siobhan encouraged Stevie so it’s her fault” annoys me actually because Siobhan was obviously under the impression that this mystery man Stevie was talking about was in a broken down marriage.
Siobhan thought her marriage was healthy and strong. It was Rich who hid his true feelings about the marriage and made Siobhan think their relationship was solid.
Missing someone is apart of loving them…if your never apart, you’ll never really know how strong your love is…

I think Siobhan can do whatever she likes. She can kill someone if she wants to. Maybe a man. A man called Rich perhaps. She could kill him in multiple ways. A rusty scalpel maybe. On a roof whilst it’s raining even. On top of a hospital might work. Specifically Holby City hospital. Whatever she likes, of course.
