That if a dog has pulmonary hypertension, it is usually prescribed Sildenafil… or in other words, VIAGRA. (Which in true form is a vasodilator that combats pulmonary hypertension quite well).
But my favorite part is that a small subset of dogs will have the side effect of… erect ears.

A reminder for the girls with big plans
To all the girls with big dreams, who have been told that they are ‘too preoccupied with success’, or that they are ‘too selfish’ or ‘too ambitious’ - do not listen to the people who speak those words. If you love something that much, and will pursue it to the ends of the earth, do not give it up for anyone. Hold it close to your heart and understand that you are not obligated to dim your sparkle for anybody. In your life, there will always be people who tell you that you are too much or too little. They will say a woman is too assertive, or too reserved. They will say she feels too little or too much, that ambition is selfish. They may even be hurt or offended that you do not think the same. Yet at the end of the day, know in your heart that you are the only one who will ever know whether you are truly enough and that is what’s important. Go out there and smash the glass ceiling to pieces.

Tired of this f*****g dream-drestroyer system
For everyone who doesn't know the Italian university system, here there's a brief introduction.
If you "unfortunately" want to become a human or animal doctor, you have to pass a very a*****e (sorry for the bad word but I'm really angry) entry test with multiple choices about logic, math, physics, biology and chemistry.
I know what you're thinking
"What's wrong with that?"
Oh well, nothing. Except the fact that this system is based on money, good luck and not meritocracy and passion for your future job.
I've seen thousands of people just pass it bc they could afford one of those expensive course (like 3000€) and not bc they really want to succeed and become a doctor.
I've seen thousands of young boys and girls exhausted, crying their heart out bc it was the 2nd or 3rd time they tried and, although it's their lifetime dream, they didn't pass.
I'm not in this group, neither the other one. From now, a want to be in another category, a new one: "the unbreakables".
This September I tried again the entry test and right now I'm waiting for the scores to be published. I have the 50% of possibilities to entry but I'm not so sure I will.
Although there's a possibility, I have 4 exams to recover and they are very hard, I feel lost.
It's not that I don't like my actual faculty, it's only about my dream: being a veterinarian surgeon. The only way to achieve it is passing that damn test.
I'm really tired of trying, tired to live in this vacuum created by my fears of hard work that is the cause of everything.
This is system is broken but so am I. I tried hard but I can't say I did everything I could. I will not give me other excuses. I want that job so bad I've decided to re-start this studyblr blog and give everything I can day by day.
Don't wanna be a procrastinator anymore.
Just wanna be a veterinarian.

And to everyone in Italy who is struggling for the same reason as thousands of other student: you're not alone. It's not where or when, we will pass it with hard work, I promise you.
So, in conclusion, I'm making a promise to me and to everyone who will read this post: I'm gonna pass it in 2018. Don't know if it will be for luck (with a repechage from this year) or with the next test, but I will.

- make your bed.
- find motivational quotes, studyspo, scenes from films, whatever you want, print them out and stick them near your desk.
- have a journal for positive affirmations that you can scribble in or doodle in or flip through when you’re feeling down.
- put almond oil or rose hip oil on your skin and flip through your flashcards or make your notes while it’s getting absorbed.
- if you’re into Harry Potter, turn your desk or bedroom into your house dorm or common room. I’m in ravenclaw so my desk chair is blue, same with my pen case and my folder of papers and I have the ravenclaw emblem stuck in front of me on the wall.
- watch productivity videos on youtube or vlogtobers/vlogmases of youtubers who are also students.
- cut your nails.
- wash your hair.
- put a few rings on (trust me, it works, especially when you go back a cup of tea and you look down at your hands and you feel a bit brighter because of how pretty they look (super weird but truuuust me).
- make a mug of tea and watch a tv show related to what you want to study in uni or have as a career.
