I need help being an adult and doing adult things
Alrighty neotaggers, I need some help. I recently got a prepaid visa gift card, and I want to use it to buy neocash online. But uh, I'm worried about being charged/billed extra through using paypal. I don't have an actual paypal account, I'm just using the guest option. Anyone got any experience with this kind of stuff?
I decided to morph and paint Anna into a Korbat because I realized that I really like Korbats over Blumaroos (Sorry Blums). Also, Korbats can wear pretty much anything. Their feet/legs confuse me though. I've seen depictions in official art where they have legs and other times they just have feet. (I'm looking at you free neopets images)
Oh man okay apparently I must have started a game a long tome ago and I have no idea where I am and I'm level 6 and this stupid shadow gelert refuses to kill me so I can start over at the last healing spot/area.
Going to tackle neoquest 2 and see if I can actually make progress past the first screen unlike when I tried playing neoquest when I was a kid.

Mallow Grundos are so cute, but hard to customize because pretty much all clothing items just don't fit properly. But look at those gloves, they're like the floating gloves some of Kirby's villains have. Oops, guess I have a new dreamie now.

-cringes at junk item price spikes- Seriously, 80k for a stupid plushie you can get from a daily? Really neopets users? For shaaaame. For shaaaame. I hope the users who are causing these price-jumps and exploiting them get a nasty cold or something >:/ Fudge that, if I get a whole bunch of junk from my dailies I'll give them away for free! (Unless I need them for that stupid lutari and his stupid quests)
If there's one thing I can appreciate it's that even though the neopian economy can be a bit iffy what with inflation and all, at least it's not as bad as gaia online. Seriously, all they focus on now a days is gaia cash releases and items and now everything is insanely inflated. No new gold releases at all .... Now imagine if neopets stopped doing regular releases and neopoint releases and only focused on nc items and kept on giving users millions of neopoints for buying special nc items and signing up for special programs. And everything inflated up the wahzoo because suddenly everyone was a neo-billionaire.
That sounds so boring doesn't it? So thanks for not going down that route TNT, I greatly appreciate it.

I felt like logging back in to vent on this blog instead of on my main blog. (Apologies to my followers who are following me because this is supposed to be a neopets blog) But just, wow I really don't think I'm fit for socializing at all. When you're overwhelmingly shy and easily embarrassed/flustered/nervous, it feels overwhelming to try and hold a conversation with a bunch of strangers. They were probably just trying to be funny, but this one person in the chat just suddenly changed the topic to something I'm not too comfortable talking about. Suddenly I'm feeling nervous, my stomach is twisting uncomfortably, I'm feeling uncomfortable, and I'm sweating. And for some undefinable reason I also felt ... stupid. Maybe it was the question I had asked earlier to try and spur along conversation. Maybe it was because my body was reacting the way it is. But either way I closed out the window because I just couldn't handle it. I feel sad and pathetic, maybe even lonely. Does anyone have any advice for handling things like this?

Trying to trade NC items confuses me so much and it's so frustrating. Did I use an outdated values list or something? I wish people would let me know if they didn't want to trade over the item I was interested in or that I had gotten the values wrong, instead of just suddenly disappearing/never replying. Oich vey.
I splurged on some Neocash and after several infuriating tries of Shenanigifts I still did not get a Charming Witch Dress (I even used several powers ups and those didn't help) So uh, if anyone wants to trade for any of these items feel free to message me here on Tumblr or neomail me.
