S U N N Y ☀️ S U N D A Y ' S Perfect excuse for a body weight HIIT session in Battersea Park with my beaut gal @lauramilespt Started with sprints down by the river alternating with squats, inclined push ups and Bulgarian split squats for 6 rounds each before changing things your for an all over body session where we pulled, lunged, pushed and dipped while still keeping the HR up by alternating with skipping. This was all finished off with a little jog over for a refuel of some smashed avo with eggs. Amazing workout in the beautiful sunshine. As my Milesy would say... Get outside people!!! 💚
