I find it so interesting how people have pivoted from the mischaracterization of Simon to be "submissive and scared", basically a wet cat, to "aggressive menace, still scared but raaghh!!"

He might be aggressive in certain situations, compliant in others, but he's not on one side of the scale or another. He's just a dude, a dude who wants to live.
