i love ripper asking bowie for advice bc it feels like he did that because he noticed that raj and bowie are actually in a stable happy relationship it makes me feel like he really wants to have something like that with axel he’s so cute.

plus axel in the slide episode (ep 3?) watching ripper eat shit during the challenge and instead of being actively maliciously laughing at him she’s more amused like he did something stupid but charming

also the implication that either chris thought axel would be embarrassed by her interest in poetry or she actually is and he was actively picking on her for that and ripper instead actually took note of her interests which are something that we all know he would usually hate doing and he did something cute and dumb and so ripper so she would know how much he truly truly likes her like they are so cute.

- in maybe like 2 hours tops

- with no help (and it slapped i dont care i dont care)

- keeping even more of axel's interests in mind inside the poem (on eagle wings, in zombie brains...)

and hes supposedly never had the heart to do all that before. makes you think

plus:

- axel being like "here let me" and immediately fixing rippers nose instead of just walking off or something

- axel playing into rippers strengths when they were sapped together, in turn playing with her own adaptability

- axel isnt afraid to do/say what she thinks is best. she trusts her gut. she trusts her mind. she trusts her heart.
