I drew whatever this is MONTHS ago back when I was just starting to expand TTC’s story beyond the film and gave Eddie a face 😭 And now you guys get to see him!! He’s the same old astronaut inside, just… with an actual, real, human, not-helmet-with-strangely-expressive-visor-and-weird-eyebrow face now. 👍 In To the Core, you get to see both sides of him C:

In the distant future, Eddie, an aimless astronaut from Mars, is sent to explore Earth, a planet long abandoned by humans. While searching for signs of life on his astrobiology mission, he finds himself face to face with the planet’s core, discovering that it—sorry, SHE—has a mind of her own. It turns out Earth has a lot to say! Not all of it pleasant. When the planet and human form an unlikely bond, Eddie is left with two choices: get out of there and completely abandon his mission, or begin a new one with a greater purpose.
