Day 13 of OC-Tober using @tdnoodle-doodles prompts! 13. Favorite Anime OC - Therin Galindan

So, I adore Megalo Box, but I was on a bit of a time crunch today between work and plans and stress, so this is just the rough draft version. I used Joe’s photoshoot pose for the posters and the gear from the junkyard (ep. 3 I think?). Got a lot of adjustments to make, but it’s a start!

PS. I’m might turn this into a full poster soon.

Day 12 of OC-Tober using @tdnoodle-doodles prompts! 12. Favorite Movie OC - Ambrose Jenkins and Therin Galindan

Adjusted it slightly to be my favorite live action movie that has interesting outfits (I love Boondock Saints, but varied shades of black shirt and jacket is not interesting), so Rocky Horror Picture Show it is!

PS. Not pictured: the mean lean Jenkins is having to do cause he’s 5 inches taller than Therin and wearing heels for this.

Didn’t have many ideas for this, since the rest of my OC’s just wear normal swim trunks and sometimes a t-shirts. So here’s the two who hate the beach and/or swimming.

I don’t really watch TV or serialized shows. So I adjusted the prompt a bit, and used my favorite ANIMATED film that isn’t anime, Treasure Planet. Have a very sad man in the part of Captain Amelia.

PS. I was going to draw Therin in the part of Mr. Arrow, which I guess I technically still did, just in a much sadder way.

Varsity jacket for the wrester! Used this pose cause I really liked the hands, and I feel like Therin would honestly mimic it for like a senior photo.

PS. I love varsity jackets. I have two myself, along with a full wool and leather lettermans coat.

I was tempted to do a full body one in watercolor again, but I just couldn’t bring myself to deal with his boots today. Either way, I think it turned out pretty neat!

PS. His boots definitely still have more heel than necessary.

Have a tired man. My style has two modes: work and not work. Working from home has turned everything into not work mode though, so it’s just sweats and graphic tees.

Day 6 of OC-Tober using @tdnoodle-doodles prompts! 6. Post Apocalypse OC - Ambrose Jenkins and Therin Galindan

I never do post apocalypse stuff, but this was actually pretty fun to start on! I had no motivation for a background, but did some simple multiply layer shading. Actually thinking of turning this into a full piece after OC-Tober is done.

PS. The Union Jack flag is currently my least favorite thing to draw.

Day 5 of OC-Tober using @tdnoodle-doodles prompts! 5. Fav Superhero OC - Alex Desoto

I’m not big on superhero/villain stuff, but Spiderman is my fav of them. First real attempt at foreshortening too!

PS. He’s definitely worn this for Halloween too.

Day 4 of OC-Tober using @tdnoodle-doodles prompts! 4. Style Swap OC - Morn Liadon

So, I wasn’t quite sure if I wanted to do an art style swap or a clothing style swap, but settled on the clothing style swap (not to be confused with my idea of outfit swap where the clothing sizes don’t change). I swapped Morn’s usual style for something closer to Jenkins’, a more dress casual look. This is probably the most out of his comfort zone he’s willing to go.

PS. Carric definitely got him these clothes, cause Morn wouldn’t get them himself.

Day 2 of OC-Tober using @tdnoodle-doodles prompts! 2. Trope Exaggeration OC - Malark Evenwood

More playing with stuff in photoshop, trying to color with patterns. Malark is a super sweet guy, going to college to become a teacher. I tried to up the nervous energy and went overboard with his private religious schooling background by giving him a full uniform. Not as pleased with this one, but am pleased to have finished something today!

PS: The patch is actually the holy symbol of Lathander, since Malark’s original creation was as a Cleric in D&D

I draw all my OC’s so often, I decided to use this prompt to play with new brushes and a loose style that reminded me of those fashion designs. I’m actually super happy with it, it was fun to work on!

Attempt at a full piece I’ve been working on for quite a while. There’s an entire AU and story behind this piece but I also just started to love the look of this on its own. Ultra long story short, Morn is a sort of ‘guardian’ in the woods who ends up with a human who was cursed to be ‘unseen’ by everyone.

So I got my keychains and buttons in the mail today, and I adore them! Put my fav boys on my stuff and I'm absolutely giddy about it. @sakana-comic these are fantastic!
