Dean and Sammy definitely used to shower and bathe together as kids, but of course they grew out of it. But when Sam was doing the trials Dean had to help him bathe and he eventually started sitting in the tub so he could really bathe Sammy properly. And after everything else they experienced they just started showering together again, they couldn’t handle being away from each other knowing that so much bad could happen. Wow i really got carried away with that.
