found a vegan protein powder that was strawberry flavored instead of chocolate or vanilla(also the only one container left everythings Whey Protein) I saw some Bucked Up products but I'm actually getting samples of their pre workout stuff to try and see if i like the product. (Ill post reviews when i get em.)
clothes wise i found at least 2 pairs of pants ill eventually get into. Not really any good shirt options but i got a sleeveless that i might be able to fit into for the 4th or July this weekend and if not im sure ill lose enough weight to fit in it
I also got to try Dunkins Black Cherry Protein refresher. Very sweet but honestly really good!
something about rewatching old raw and smackdowns is so comforting. I might do it.
i like watching old wrestlemania matches, especially ones with early Undertaker,, his theme music makes me feel at peace funny enough. That and early 2000s matches cause i try to watch what i missed out on.
Trans men and trans mascs, if you wanna look like a buff cis dude, don’t wait until you’re on T to start working out, and don’t wait until you’re on T to start using masculinizing workouts
You’ll progress faster on T, but you’ll start further along if you don’t wait until you’re on it. Build the foundation now to so you can get the benefits later. It’s also not impossible to build muscle and strength pre-T. Don’t be hesitant to start just because you aren’t on testosterone yet
If you want to look more masculine, don’t follow workouts designed for women to help them look curvier. Your body doesn’t magically know what you want to look like and build muscle based on that image, it builds muscle based on what you train and how. Follow other men’s workouts based on what you want to look like, lots of other trans men have shared their masculinizing workouts too, it doesn’t just have to be cis men. You will develop your muscles a little differently and at a different pace than most cis dude and trans dudes on T, but it will build a more masculine physique
Testosterone will help your progress and masculinizing your physique more, but it’s possible to progress toward the body you want without it. Give yourself a leg up and start now. It might be harder to find the motivation with slower progress and dysphoria but I promise you it’s worth it
TLDR, do the workouts that reflect your goals, not necessarily your assigned gender

i hope you get back into it again,, I only started watching wrestling back in May? This year. So i cant give solid opinions on storylines but i can say ive been enjoying every episode and PPV ive seen :3

Didnt realize how bad my lighting in my room was until i went to my bathroom and saw actual muscle in my arms. I still hold a lot of fat in my arms but at rest you can see im getting SOME bicep which is nice.
I redid my program for the upteenth time but its PPLUL and i found good workout routines so this should work out for me. just wish i could buy more weights tho im trapped at 8Ibs and id appreciate some 10s and 15s
