Towards Zero Carbon provides energy-efficient solutions for organizations like ISO 50001 energy management, energy monitoring, and biomass boilers, and much more.
Toward Zero Carbon have been contracted by the department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation (DBEI) to conduct an analysis of the CO2 emissions attributed Irish Enterprise.
The primary objectives of the GreenStart assignment were to identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption and emissions associated with the onsite operations. TZC conducted an analysis of the process and identified opportunities to recover heat from the refrigeration system on site. The implementation of this project has the potential to reduce natural gas consumption by approx. 40%.
TZC Support Maynooth University in the ongoing maintenance of their ISO 50001 compliant energy management system. The role requires the development and implementation of energy and environmental best practices throughout the third level institution.
The Shannon Vale Foods GreenStart Project is supported by Enterprise Ireland.
