u can almost always tell when someone used to be an ex sparklecare artist. it almost always shows up in their coloring (ex. spots in rainbows) or they have a unicorn mix (9/10 times a canine) oc. it also depends on how they draw the unicorn horn. theres not a problem with any of this, i just find it funny how easy it is to spot

Sometimes I wonder what kc thinks of all this. I know it's stupid and he objectively doesn't feel anything positive towards SparkleCare or it's fandom anymore, I know he's become a full on admitted radqueer, but deep down I keep on asking myself "doesn't he feel sad when looking back, knowing that he trashed 10 years of his life's biggest project and ruined his own name forever, all that so he could focus on some incest that should've never left his therapy sessions (and especially not become an entire AU...)"? Doesn't he look back at the community he once had who would defend him on absolutely everything and drown him in fanarts? Didn't he feel his own skills decline overtime (art, writing, communicating with the crew...)? Doesn't he feel sad about what could've been, what he once had before fucking it all up and grooming people, fetish mining his audience, and befriending offending predators? He claims to be happy but deep down, wouldn't he want to go back?

Sorry if this sounds silly asf Ive just been thinking about how Getty's brain processes things a lot lately. Though I'm afraid Getty's thinking is way more straightforward than this and he's not very good at questioning himself.

Announcing Swapcare

Yeah, this is going to be my rewrite...and yeah, it'll maybe double as a Swap AU. Kind of, at least, because I'd like to see if it really is possible to detach a Sparklecare rewrite from the original. (If I do do that, and it does work...it's not a swap AU, is it?)

I imagine the story being 2010s-y instead of 2000s-y (and Swapswap would be in the 2020s...dear god). Might alter names to fit the swaps. Not sure about anything else (will it even be in a hospital?).

I can't really show you guys anything I've written...cuz well, I haven't written anything. But I'll answer some generic questions.
