murder adds more points to toxic than it does doomed. doomed yuri is more of a Doomed By The Narrative sort of thing anyway, in a "there's no other way for this story to be told" kind of melodrama. Doomed is like... if circumstances were a little different, they'd be happy together. if whatever force that's driving them apart didn't exist/was more easily handled, they'd be going on cute brunches. Doomed, as i understand it, is about love and the grief thay follows. which I guess applies to bubbline in some timelines but this is like. toxic. mutually assured destruction. death murder violence WOOOOO YEAH!!!!!!
