Someone parked completely blocking our driveway so I had to park on the street after work. Filed a 311.org report and got an email back from Keith. Called him. Nice guy! They are still dealing with that ransomeware attack & he’s trying to reroute requests to the right person. I’m thankful my car is parked out & not in. This has happened before but it usually resolves by the person returning to their vehicle before they are ticketed & then towed. UPDATE: they will be here in 4 minutes! I am so thankful for this group. It comes every Thursday & Saturday, just at the right time, it seems. I had the most raw & vulnerable share tonight and I received heartfelt support from fellow mood-disorder peeps. Shoutout to my long-distance support from Ian as well. I’m deep in English Language proficiency testing (ELPAC). We have hundreds of eligible students K-12 and the Kindergarten, 1st grade, & 2nd graders must all be tested one-on-one. Turns out, I’m pretty good at this & I’ve been enjoying getting to know the kiddos. 4 tests each: reading, listening, writing, & speaking. They each take about a half-hour to administer. That’s all I’m doing this month. On Friday we do bulk testing of 100 3rd-8th graders at a time, 50 per administrator, me & my boss. Challenging but rewarding too.
