The World Trade Organization has sought to follow through with the Agenda 2030. One of its objectives it to improve rural economies world wide.
The WTO agreed that agriculture is one of the most important aspects of rural economy and also contributes in a global scale. Producing food to eat is vital for our world to achieve sustainability. Currently, many points have been acknowledged to initiate with this reform that allows better development for agricultural opportunities. These objectives were introduced on February of 2020:
• expansion of developmental investigations
• aperture of environment towards innovation and technology
• regulate price policies and incentives
•market infrastructure and irrigation investment
