this is a blog for agere and/or petre head canons of the lifers and hermits! angst, whump, fluff, etc are all allowed! however, head canons that are sexual in nature are not allowed. as the mod I will decide what is acceptable and not.

rules:

head canons must be about age regression and/or pet regression

head canons must be about lifers and hermits. you are allowed to submit head canons of hermits/lifers in other smps. for example you could submit a Lizzie empires head canon. the only thing we do not accept is vampires because there is already a blog for that, @vsmpagere

head canons cannot be sexual in nature. however things like sfw bathtime or things of that nature are allowed as long as they are not sexual. I as the mod may delete asks I find to be sexual rather than sfw.

we prefer if asks have trigger warnings at the start however it is not required.

head canons about content creators are not allowed. I don’t care what you do in your own space this is just to keep out drama.

be nice!! bigotry is not allowed in any shape or form.

do not submit skizz head canons they will be deleted and you may be blocked if it happens multiple times. (reasons why)

no sibling violence, even in short mentions.

we block freely and will likely delete asks that break these rules.

Beef isn’t very loud about his regression. Very few know that he’s even a little in the first place!

Being a big tough farmer doesn’t help either. He grew up with this idea that he shouldn’t ask for help until he is on death’s doorstep. This has led to many bottled up emotions, and they come out one way or another.

Sometimes it’s mild, where he’s only a teen and can hide it well around the others. But other times… let’s just say, he crashes and burns.

part of the reason that scott was able to resist the boogeyman curse in last life with seeming ease ( especially compared to others who were absolutely overtaken by the bloodlust-enduced haze ) is because he was already rather adept at suppressing other headspaces due to his regression , so it wasn't too difficult for him to suppress the fogginess of the boogeyman curse in the same way he usually suppressed the fuzziness of little space . that is to say, he is scarily and perhaps near-concerningly skilled at suppression , self-regulation & masking, especially-so in regards to his regression !

Cw for disordered eating

When Pearl was a child she had ARFID. Over the years she's seen therapists and nutritionists about it and now she eats relatively normally. However, when she regresses, sometimes those old anxieties about foods that she's actually fine with when she's big will come back. A lot of foods that are safe for big Pearl become unsafe. Her caretakers have learned her safe foods and make them for her. Those foods are mostly stuff she grew up eating a lot that don't have very strong tastes so for some examples; bread with the crust cut off, plain chicken broth, baby carrots (only baby carrots, not larger ones and not ones that are cut up), chocolate bars, and plain grilled chicken.

Being little always makes False miss her sister more. Being small children was the last time they were really happy, after all. Before either of them really understood why they were being kept in the facility, or why the scientists always took their drawings after they made them or the needles or why her sister was so needlessly violent and why she got punished for fighting while False got praise for controlled combat or-

Well you get the picture.

When she's small, there's a blank space next to her where her sister should be and isn't. The hermits who take care of her sometimes notice it, the way a little False will look instinctively for someone to talk to that isn't there. The way she clutches her teddy bear close to her chest like it's a person. The way her hands reach for air.

Pearl is scared

She wasn’t allowed to be weird growing up. It felt like she wasn’t allowed to exist. Her space was always invaded, her choices were always judged and insulted, no matter what she did it was wrong. She hated it. She was so angry, but she wasn’t allowed to breathe too loud so yelling was gonna get more yelling back. And she always lost the fight.

There is still that anger. The clawing at the chains around her neck. Even when the insults are long gone and she never has to go back.

When she is small, she is weird. Pearl is always weird. But it’s more obvious, harder to hide… scary.

scott was a closeted regressor for most of third life . until jimmy ended up stumbling upon scott’s hidden agere gear and promptly freaked out because is scott SECRETLY PREGNANT ???? WHY ELSE WOULD HE HAVE A PACIFIER & DIAPERS & BE HOARDING BABY SUPPLIES ???!????!!!???? so jimmy started absolutely spiralling because he thought he was going to be a FATHER before scott explains to him that no he’s not pregnant . but yes there is a baby . He is The Baby . Scott is The Baby . so basically ,,, jimmy ends up becoming a father Anyway just not in the way he’d assumed !

even funnier if scott doesnt even have a uterus btw . jimmy panicked so hard he forgot scott was literally biologically incapable of being pregnant in the first place — @snugglebugs

Evil Xisuma gets very temperamental and clingy when he's regressed, which is why they've tried to destroy hermitcraft so much. Most of the time it's because Xisuma hasn't been paying enough attention to him. They spend more time on hermitcraft being little than being big, and so the hermits are willing to accommodate his need for attention. They go along with Ex's schemes, and sometimes the hermits even make suggestions to maximize the "evilness" of their plans.

Xisuma is an age regressor, but he didn't know until season 8. And not because he wasn't educated, in fact Xisuma was very well educated on age regression so that he could help any little hermits. No, Xisuma didn't know because he never remembers when he is regressed, which isn't very often to begin with. Xisuma only regresses when he's very tired and/or so stressed that he almost passes out, and this only happens once or twice a season. He always just chalked gaps in his memory up to him blacking out. Xisuma is very healthy and consistent about not getting to that point, under normal circumstances.

Season 8, however, was not normal circumstances. In Season 8 Xisuma had so many things to worry about with the moon and derp coin that he was regressing very often. Eventually Evil Xisuma found him at one of the mob farms, little and crying, because he didn't know how to get home and there were scary mobs everywhere. Evil X, not knowing what to and also upset because Xisuma wasn't being productive enough, only made the situation worse for little Xisuma. Eventually Evil X called for help, while managing to alert the whole server to what was going one, and Keralis came to the rescue.

False does NOT like being babied! Not one bit! She is NOT a baby and does NOT need to be treated like one >:( she is a grown bird through and through!

… that is until she has fully slipped. Then she needs to be carried and fed to and held and held and held but no sudden touch! And warm tea makes her soso sleepy and she just curls up in anyone’s lap and goes right to sleep, finally.
