The idea of Astarion being a Drizzt fangirl is very funny, but it's also kinda tragic. In the timeline of events, Drizzt was probably not even born when Astarion was turned (Drizzt was born in 1297DR, Astarion was turned somewhere around that same time -1292DR if we go for 200 years as an estimate and keep the Larian canon date for the game). So for him to know about Drizzt, he would have needed to hear about the legend of the noble drow hero while he was a spawn. A slave. Reading and learning about heroes.

I don't know if it's just me, but it makes me kinda sad.
