It is with great pleasure that we return to you after a brief hiatus, carrying exciting news!
:sparkles: We are starting another project :sparkles:
In honor of our favorite Tressym dad, book enthusiast, and the ever-famed Wizard Of Waterdeep, we are assembling a team of top-notch writers, renderers, artists and Dekarios Darlings to celebrate the one and only Gale!

Collaborator Application
Run by the same crack team as Janu-Beary, this project will be much less stringent on continuity and help prevent moderator burnout.
The general theme will be "Gale exploring sexuality and the freedom to enjoy it once the Orb has been stabilised", so the pieces will be loosely linked by the theme but not in a strict timeline.
Entry is open to anyone over 18 who has an AO3 account (necessary for posting your works, unless you are happy for BG3 Collabs to post for you as a proxy).
AI of any form is not permitted. This is for human made works only.
We will not be reviewing individuals or going into any interpersonal disputes - if problems occur within the project we will address them as and when they arise. If you don't get along with someone, that's ok, nobody is expected to interact with anyone they do not wish to.
There will not be any Tavs, Durges, or OCs for the collabs. This is to avoid any clashes with which OC to choose to canonise, and to encourage more NPCs to be brought in.
Whilst we respect that darker topics such as NonCon, Heavy Angst, and Whump have a place within fandom, we would like to keep the collaboration positive. So DubCon at most, only adult characters (18 or older during the game), and we would like to avoid any character bashing too. People are entitled to enjoy any characters they like.
To keep it fair, each participant will need to complete one work before taking on a secondary or tertiary piece.
We would like to release everything by 1st May 2026, however given we are late to get started we would instead like to aim for this for initial releasing, with the majority of pieces complete and published by 20th May 2026. There may be allowances for extra time up until 31st May 2026 at which point the event will close, so we encourage participants to complete their pieces by the earlier deadlines to avoid disappointment.
For fairness, we will also only be having one Companion/Origin character per participant, as these are often the most sought after.
Please ensure when you give your preferences, you do not pick only origin characters as we cannot guarantee being able to match everyone.
Art and Fic are both welcome! Art includes 3D renders and VP from the game. If you would like to be paired up with a writer or artist, we will try to match you up to other participants.
Three plus scenarios will be welcome in your pitches, but cannot be guaranteed to be approved if there are others wanting to write for the same characters.
Naturally we do expect everyone to be kind to other participants, and there will be absolutely no place for homophobia, racism, ableism, or any other kinds of discrimination.
