I mean I guess we're a small business, but we have an office in Goldenrod and reach out to champions... That's not really realistic to be JUST me.
They gave me the bigger part of the Rotomblr branch because I'm the youngest here... So I guess you do see me the most. Why am I even telling you this.
Hi. I’m Ivaan Komal. I work as a joy (nurse), educator, and breeder at Green Araña Research Center, an independent research facility located in Artazon that dedicates itself to studying and education about pokemon. We’re very underfunded right now, and my manager wanted me to make a social media account for our center as she thinks it could help with funding. So. Here we are. This blog is mostly run by me, but I will be posting about the daily activities that go on here, not much about me. Still, a bit about me: He/him, 47 years old, From Lental, I’ve been a breeder for about 8 years and have been working here for 2.
My team consists of a female Blissey named Nursey, a female blissey-crossed Audino named Softcore Communist Propaganda (Rosy Red or just Rosy for short), a female Indeedee named Half-Eaten Vanilla Yogurt Cup (Vanilla for short), a female Alomomola named Loving Heart Medication, and a Ditto named Rated R. Rated R is not even my pokemon. It just fell out of a jet airplane one day, and now it WON'T LEAVE!!!
About the Facility
Our facility is run by a woman named Professor Araña. It was made around 30 years ago and was originally a place where she could study bug types, but it has expanded since then. Used to be a lot more active than it is now, but, due to lack of funds over the years, we don’t have as many people as we should have working here, and a lot of our biomes are empty. Just ignore those and focus on what we do have if you visit, k thanks. Still, we do have people who still chose to stick around and people who decided to work here for some reason (though, I can’t judge. I have no plans to quit).
Despite technically being a research center, our layout is closer to a zoo. Pokemon are divided by habitats and are cared for by type specialists. The exhibits we have are: Highlands, aviary, insectarium, caves, temporal forest, gardens, aquarium(s) + arctic, highlands, grasslands, and rockies. There’s also gardens but we don’t count that as an exhibit since it’s mostly there to show off plants. Grass types just like going there. Unless deemed dangerous to the public (like our cranky old Noivern named Toothless), many of our pokemon are free ranged and. You can enter their enclosures (with supervision) Don't be alarmed if an Eldegoss floats your way.
Also, if you're disabled: our facility uses ramps because our founder is disabled and because stairs are evil. Places are wide enough for disability aids, there’s brail, we’re all forced to learn at least three languages + Unovan and Paldean sign language, all that stuff. They tend to be scattered about here since a lot of them have to take on the jobs of multiple people. I’d suggest going to the front desk if you want to request help or see a specific person (if he’s not there, press the buzzer). While I’m the main one who runs this blog, they sometimes come here. You can ask them specific questions if you want.
Charlotte Araña (she/her): Call her Professor Araña, Founder, Boss, Entomologist, Somehow has not lost all her shit in the past 30 years, her wheelchair sometimes grows spider legs bcuz our steel and electric type specialists are batshit insane so don't be alarmed when that happens
Ahmed Handal (he/him): Front desk, Receptionist / gift shop manager, Normal type specialist, Unofficial errand boy, Kinda pathetic looking, be nice to the kid, he’s very busy
Allison Stählern (she/her): Steel type specialist, Archeologist, Educator, I think she’s on the run from a government but it's not the Paldean one so it's fine
Briony Mahelona (she/her): Aquarist, 18 year old new hire so be nice to her, Don't let her talk your ear off
Dimitrius Edafós (he/him): Biome designer, Activity coordinator, Conservation director, Pokemon curator, Ground type specialist, The reason this facility’s buildings didn’t completely fall apart in the last 30 years
Fiara Rogue (she/her): Fire type specialist, Honorary Cook, Honorary biome designer, Another reason our facility doesn't look like shit, Her name is pronounced “FEE-AR-UH” and she'll get pissy if you all her anything but
Galileo “Leo” Shinrin (he/him): Field researcher, New hire so be patient with him, He's a bit hard to read but I like him
Hermione F. Tylwyth (she/her): Fairy type specialist, I think she's part fairy but I'm too scared to ask, Plays music and it's good enough to make even me feel something
Ivaan Komal (me, he/him): Nurse, Educator, Breeder, I don’t often come out of the nurse room or nursery unless I’m called to, you probably won’t see me if you come her
Kanut Siku (he/him): Ice type specialist, Always wearing a super fancy and expensive robe despite the fact that he works at a facility and it'll get dirty, I've never seen it get dirty, idk how he does it, Pretty sure he got banished from Galar for reasons he won’t tell us but he’s sensitive about it so don’t bring it up
Kiyomi Obake (she/her): Ghost type specialist, Still learning Paldean and Galarian + she is autistic so please be patient with her, I thought she was a Zoroark when I first saw her
Lanaria dos Santos (she/her): Botanist + grass type specialist, Usually found in the gardens, She gave me a potted plant once so I fw her
Marisol Dorada (she/her): Education director, Operations manager, Development director, Head of public affairs, Finance director, Marketing manager, My manager, Basically all the boring paper stuff that people don’t think of when they think of biologists, She's banned me from naming the pokemon here, Insists on drinking coffee despite her anxiety already being through the roof
Maverick West (he/him): Rock type specialist, Archeologist, Educator, He's lived here for like 10 years, idk why he still has a Unovan accent
Morrigan Draíocht (she/her): Psychic type specialist, Pokemon therapist, Idk how therapy works for pokemon but she does it
Netasha Roach (she/they): Bug type specialist, She only got this job bcuz Prof. Araña is her grandma, My proof is that she's 17 and you have to be 18 to work here, it's fine though bcuz she's good at her job, Often found in the insectarium
Ngozi Adichie (she/her): She doesn't even work here, She's a 16 year old student, She volunteers here a lot though so I'm including her, She's super quiet but she takes photos for her photography class so the free publicity is nice, Usually I find kids annoying but she likes the baby pokemon and doesn’t get in the way when she helps me so she’s fine
ArrowQuill “Quill” Fagan (any pronouns): Field researcher, Sometimes an educator, Runs around a lot and idk how they have all that energy or why they keep coming to bother me, Complains about having to use their wheelchair and doesn't see the correlation of how running around all day with only one leg is causing them to have to use their wheelchair more, they have their own blog @quillpokebiology
Shiloh Blackburne (he/him): Dark type specialist, Archivist, Registrar, The one that tends to the cave biomes the most, He says weird stories and idk what to believe what is fake or what is real, I also think he’s on the run from a government, but it’s not the Paldean government so idc
Sinclair Saint (he/him): Flying type specialist + Avian specialist, Talks about Arceus a lot, I just ignore him
Veleno Nera (he/him): Poison type specialist, Janitor, I found out that he can't eat pecha berries bcuz “they make him sick” and I'm starting to wonder if he has become a poison type himself, His name is a direct translation of “poison” so please make sure to make fun of him for that, Like I think he was cursed from birth to deal with poison types
Voltaire “Volt” Irons (he/him): Electric type specialist, Scientist, Deals with technical stuff, Batshit insane and I want him to calm down, He stresses out Marisol a lot bcuz he doesn't listen to his own damn lab safety rules, Idk what his problem is, Begrudging Leo fanboy that has an annoying way of showing it

"Hm, that's the Legendary Pokémon Giratina, so no I don't think you could keep It, there's only one after all. Most legendary pokémon aren't known to reproduce, at least not in the way most pokémon do, and I doubt Giratina is much different, being the pokémon of anti-matter and all..
Well, according to the myths and legends of the Sinnoh region, in the beginning of existence, Arceus created the pokémon that make up our world, Dialga, Palkia and Giratina,
but due to Giratina's violent nature, Arceus banished it to the Distortion World, a world upside-down our own, to live in it's own rage.
Despite that, Most recent records of Giritina appearing seem to show it protecting our world in it's own means, like what happened back with Team Galactic's leader.
Sorry, there's not much information known about Giratina other than folklore and the rare times it tears holes in our reality, sometimes even creating a space-time rifts, but how about this, it has two forms known to us! It's Altered Forme ans Origin Forme, it's origin forme is its... Well, original form, and from what we know, it is only in it in the distortion world or when reaching out of it, uh, at least that's the only verified time anyway, and it's Altered forme we think is when it is fully out of the distortion world.
Most information about it and other legendary pokémon is scarce like I mentioned, researchers in Sinnoh mostly keep their research on other things, and those still seeking Giratina are heavy monitored and advised not to bother it.. Er- "advised" I should say, it's more.. Illegal, to poke into the distortion world for any reason, especially after Team Galactic's plans. "

please, I ask this kindly: reconsider what you're doing. if you really care for pokemon you will wake up and open your eyes to the harm you're causing, and you will repent. you will find your way. I am willing to listen to your confessions, as long as you're willing to change.
We take complaints like these seriously at Trainer Interviews INC, and we are always open for feedback from the public.
While we investigated your claim and your account, we come to find to find it seems you, @atypical-harmonia , have a history of challenging and harassing our interviewees, and you are part of Unova's Team Plasma a high ranking official at that, And while being a part of an organization/Team would not get you excluded from our services usually, Team Plasma is notoriously known to be dangerous and to mistreat Pokémon and humans.
We do not accept false accusations of abuse towards our interviewees, this is a very serious topic and we do not take it lightly, we do thorough background checks and make sure our interviewees have no such history, as Trainer Interviews is meant to be viewed and transparent with people from every region at every age, and we obide by our laws and morals from the Johto Region.
The champions and ex champions hosted on Trainer Interviews have a history of defending Pokémon and trainers from previous organizations looking to mistreat, sell, or bring harm in anyway to the Pokémon or people of their respective regions. We suggest looking into the history of Team Rocket and Team Galactic in the Kanto, Johto and Sinnoh regions, and understand the true intentions of the people we host on Trainer Interviews.

now, a few things.
one. you claim to be “open for feedback”, yet you proceed to shut me down and not take accountability at all. how does that make you look, in your opinion?
two. I have not once harassed any of the people present on this blog. I have asked them uncomfortable questions. thats different. it's easy to cover up your guilt and entitlement by throwing fancy, loud terms around, but that doesn't work on me.
three. maybe your background checks are not thorough enough if you somehow missed the 3 years worth of keeping-pokemon-in-horrible-conditions from the ex-champion Red? do you support the idea that just because WE may be struggling that gives us the excuse to put pokemon in danger for OUR comfort? is that not mistreatment? is that not abusive to you?
four. I'm familiar with the history of both Team Galactic and Team Rocket, and so I pose the question: if you take a person from an abusive situation where they were ordered around, told what to do, forced to fight, and used for someone else's benefit, and then proceed to put them in a nicer-looking environment while ordering them around, telling them what to do, forcing them to fight and using them for your own benefit, are you really the saviour you claim to be? also, “defending trainers” in this context is the same as saying “defending the abusers”. so you defend both the abused and the abusers? that's not how it works.
five. “False allegations of pokemon mistreatment” is just not right. do I need to point at your ex-champion again, or should I move on and say that you're still promoting harmful ideals? because you are. you're making the ownership of pokemon look good, and you're advertising this to young impressionable minds. as I already said, you're normalizing the idea that being a pokemon abuser - sorry, a pokemon trainer - is a good thing that should be encouraged. are you not ashamed?
six. you take these allegations seriously, but do you take them seriously enough to try to let go of your harmful comfort zone? clearly, no! that's downright pathetic, and very sad to see. I am willing to help you, but you have to want to be helped.
As we mentioned previously, we do take these complaints seriously, and we do not shut down feedback from the public, we have looked into your claim, and while doing so, we've noticed you are a Team Plasma official.
Perhaps we have not made ourselves clear, you are the prince of Neo Team Plasma, Team Plasma's original goal was to "liberate" all Pokémon from their trainers, by convincing the masses to release them, or by forcefully taking them.
After the splitting of Team Plasma, you've made it clear that your intentions have changed. the organization known for stealing Pokémon from trainers across Unova, feezing Opelucid City is known as Neo Team Plasma, that is the organization you run, and you and the other officials are responsible for it.
The reason we disagree with your accusations is part because we know our interviewees, and part because we know you are responsible for the theft of countless Pokémon, destruction and harming of Unova's environment, and more crimes.
We accept that you have criticism of the people hosted on Trainer Interviews, and we agree with them to an extent, however, we think it is good to allow people grow, change and evolve, you bringing up an event from 15 years ago, while the person was young, is a little ill-considered. and while very serious and open for (respecftful) discussion, we think you should focus on the time past, and the change in the person.
We also have to ask about your Team Rocket and Team Galactic point, selling, mistreating, and forcing Pokémon to battle is horrendous. But we seem to be speaking about different things, because the Pokémon freed from Team Rocket and Team Galactic were either released into the wild, taken into Pokémon Centers across the region, or the Caring Volunteer Pokémon House in Kanto. While the Pokémon stolen by Neo Team Plasma are presumed to be owned by the grunts to force more "liberation".
Our Interviewees not only have a long history of protecting Pokémon, but also stand up to Pokémon mistreatment even now. We would not accept any trainer that mistreats or harms Pokémon in any way.
Protecting trainers from the organizations mentioned previously is not "protecting abusers", many Pokémon want to be with their trainers and battle alongside them, sharing the world, sports, care and bonds.
Trainers and Pokémon share the world, and co exist together, they help each other. Normal Pokeballs nowadays cannot contain a Pokémon that doesn't want to be contained, Pokémon stay with their trainers and team because they want to get stronger, develop skills, be in a safe, loving environment. And you, or anyone in Neo Team Plasma cannot be trusted in your judge of that.
We hope for the best of all Pokémon, and the people we host strive for the same.
