We're getting somewhere
I've started jogging to school and it's the best training I could have. I have to go and if I walk during the way I'm too late
April 2017: haven't been doing the same amount of working out as I would want to, right now I average about 15 push-ups daily and light weight training. Once I have the possibility to start a training programme in uni, I want to be in a condition where I can at least somewhat keep up.
Me: *does 150 sit ups and 20 push ups every night*
Also me: *is wearing a onesie while doing so*
Ya know, having a daily workout really makes me happier. It’s momentary agony every night when I force my way through 130 sit-ups and a handful of push-ups; but every single morning I wake up feeling a bit stronger both physically as mentally.
Not gonna lie, I'm pretty happy with what I've got thus far. Arms are starting to get defined again after restarting my daily push-ups about three weeks ago. I go running once a week, result is showing, will go more often once I can. Sit-ups are still constant, 100 every day, rest day on Saturday (when I go running). Hoping January will show more defined upper abs and by April visible lower abs.
First run in weeks, ran approximately 12.5 km/h which was surprisingly fast for me. Was also the first time I manage to do the whole thing in one go, sans resting.
FIRST ENTRY: I've been exercising for about one month regularly now. My daily goal is between 60 and 100 sit-ups and 10 push-ups with varying additions, depending on what workout I choose that day/week. I'm going to start jogging tomorrow morning and am going to try getting my push-up quota to 20 and sit-up quota to 100-120 during August.
