I have been thinking about this a lot since the premiere and even though I still think there’s 90 percent chance Drew is the father, there’s still this 10 percent chance that I still can’t completely rule Eli out yet. I’m probably going to sound completely in denial and delusional but here is why,

a lot of people have mentioned this already, but the whole “Never have I ever gotten anyone pregnant” I think that’s foreshadowing on Eli’s part.

The fact that Munro even said that we don’t know who the father is. Why would he say that if Drew was the only possibility? I know Munro likes to hype things up a lot, but that’s a really random thing to just say.

The fact that they keep calling Drew a “potential” baby daddy. If Drew was the only possibility then why the heck are they calling him potential? When Jenna was pregnant, I don’t remember them calling KC the potential baby daddy. Why? Because we knew that there was no other possible choice.

The fact that they keep bringing up the whole “potential baby daddy” and Clare automatically assumes it’s Drew makes me feel like there’s going to be some kind of twist,It’s usually always what you assume at first that ends up not being true.

No sonogram. The fact that the doctors just took Clare’s word that she is about four or five weeks pregnant and didn’t do anything to confirm that doesn’t sit well with me.

The call from the hospital. I’m probably over thinking this, but in the finale it seemed like the doctor assumed Clare knew she was pregnant. If Clare wasn’t as far along as she thinks, wouldn’t the doctors made sure she knew first because “you and your baby” is a pretty huge thing to just blurt out with out knowing if your patient is even aware or not.

These are just some of the reasons. Once again, I know I sound delusional and I could be wrong, but these are the reasons why I still can’t shake the possibility of Eli out just yet.
