Despite his immense wealth, Tony had next to no gear until Rhodey, Happy, and Pepper took initiative and started buying items for him
Before that he only had a brightly patterned blanket and a matchbox car

Wants to be babied, but not babied
He absolutely loves any toy that lets him build and put things together- mega blocks, lincoln logs, potato head
He's a menace about leaving his toys everywhere to be stepped on

Just as quick witted when regressed, although his comebacks when he's tiny are somehow twice as devastating even though they're simpler
He will live in a weighted blanket and fuzzy socks when he feels bad or its cold out. "What's that lump?" "Oh, that's just Tony."
Dum-E and U assigned themselves as his designated babysitters and they take their jobs very seriously, they're also his favorite babysitters
He's made Dum-E and U build his block towers for him when he wants to play but doesn't have the energy
He has an entire suitcase full of gameboy cartridges that he takes with him to meetings so he can play under the table while pretending to be interested
Pranks. Some are harmless, some require the use of a fire extinguisher
He listens to music passive-aggressively loud

He doesn't outright ask for hugs/affection but one of the things he does is sit really close to the person he wants attention from, so close that he's melded into their side or he's practically in their lap, and waits for them to take the hint
