My partner broke up with me and made all my online friends block me so now I have no one online to talk to

I have no in-person friends and I'm actively being bullied at school for being trans

My family hates me and have all made it clear they do not want me around

I have no "safe adults" I can talk to because all the "safe adults" are too fucking busy to talk to me and also make it very clear that they don't care about me
