What does Rex do on long campaigns where he doesn’t have a chance to take off his binder? Does he have to bind in order to get his armor to fit?

I think he would be able to wear his armor without a binder but would rather have one on. If it's a really long campaign where they probably aren't going to get a lot of breaks he probably doesn't wear a binder and just avoids taking off his armor.

I'm trans masc and people always think I'm four years younger than I actually am. I think it would be funny if that happened to Rex too. The first time he meets Anakin and takes off his helmet it's like
