I made it! The digitalized version, at least.

The original comes from the Super Mario Kun manga! (also known as Super Mario Manga Mania for the English version)

And because I had yet to see a digital version of this and other pages but wanted to get my hands on a clean version of this Olly's artwork, I traced over him and tried to recreate it the best I could in an art program!
