TRANSPOWER REFUNDS OVER ₦76 MILLION TO CUSTOMERS IN IMO STATE - A NEW ERA OF ACCOUNTABILITY
OWERRI, Imo State – Transpower Electricity Distribution Limited (TPEDL) is proud to announce the successful resolution of recent billing discrepancies affecting a section of our valued customers. In a decisive move that underscores our commitment to transparency and integrity, the company has successfully processed refunds totaling over ₦76,000,000 (Seventy-Six Million Naira) to more than 7,400 affected accounts.
This reconciliation covers customers across key feeders in Owerri. The credits have been applied directly to the respective accounts, correcting the historical discrepancies identified during our internal audit.
