my name is salem and i created the agender flag.
i wiped the rest of my content because it contained a lot of information from an extremely difficult period of my life.
i am so incredibly proud to see how far the agender flag has gone, and i am also grateful to have evolved so much as a person since hosting this blog. my opinions have changed quite a bit since leaving tumblr & the complete social isolation that I was living in at the time this blog was active, which was the backdrop for my beliefs & thoughts at the time.
i have come to view the concept of agender as a sort of gender atheism, or lack of belief in gender. make of this what you will & please use the flag how you see fit.
below is an interview about the flag and its creation (i have since come home to myself as bi, and no longer identify with the term queer as used in the interview)
as my next project takes off I may share a link here. thank you all so much for the support over the years, i am looking forward to the coming years being better for all of us.
