My cousin has been suffering headaches so I gave her some #peppermint to try. She put a couple drops on forehead, temples, and the back of her neck. Another #joy win - Baby Q was crying like a maniac this morning during a diaper change and it was testing my nerves. I rubbed one drop of joy on my collarbone then let Q smell what was left on my fingers. He stopped crying instantly then I was able to talk to him, make a connection, and he smiled and was happy. Recipe for a nervous breakdown: sleep deprivation, wailing baby, barking dogs and one that ran away, stroller that won't fold up and wouldn't fit in the back of my car, fell in the snow, snow in my boot.
