It’s that time of year again. 

The wind howls over the frozen tundra, making macabre music through the grasping fingers of dormant trees.  Snow covers the land in heavy layers, wiping away signs of life underfoot.  Thin smoke curls from the chimneys of those huddled away from the glare of an angry sky.  And across the half-frozen world, they can be heard.

An eerie dirge from somewhere above.  Repetitive, monotonous.  Radios shut off in a panic lest he sniff out their dull hiss. 

Sleighbells.

Christmas is drawing near.

Which means that you only have a couple weeks to get something for your loved ones, liked ones, and loathed ones!  And who better to turn to for suggestions than a stranger on the internet trying to get you to give him money!

Yes, that’s right: I’m back again to shamelessly shill my book!  I worked hard on it and that means I work some amount to get other people to read it!
