I have so many projects I wanna start but not enough knowledge or time rahhhhh

Imagine a story about an awkward neurotic guy that behaves like a battered shelter dog who lives in the Bible Belt with his disabled fiancee and they've been engaged for years but haven't married because he's actually secretly gay and really hung up on the sin of loving his estranged homophobic childhood best friend. But he's also really emotionally codependent with his fiancee and she doesn't want to call things off because she is physically reliant on a caregiver but also she doesn't love him romantically either. But one day they get in an argument and the main guy storms out and ends up at a bar where he sees his childhood best friend again but the main guy is an emotional drunk and keeps oversharing about his situation with his old bestie and accidentally says he's gay which is a bad no no sin but it turns out his old bestie is bi and now he's super fucked up and horny about this blossoming affair because his old bestie is absolutely into him and will be one of the worst people the main guy has ever loved
