being with someone who has BPD and is a narcissist (not diagnosed with it officially) fucking ruins your life

how are you going to live in my house, break up with me after i ask for respect, and the tell me im still your favorite person

i asked my partner if they ever want kids if we were extremely rich. i dont want kids but its a hypothetical yknow?

they told me they wouldnt want kids with anyone ever, which included me.

i grew up, second oldest of six kids with a narcissist mom, an absent dad, and a predator stepdad. I shouldnt have kids and i dont want them, but the thought that someone ive been with for 10 years wouldnt even consider the possibility hurts.

i give so much for them, yknow what i never wanted? to be someones caretaker. but here i am, with them financially reliant on me and they wont even consider putting their own wants for a hypothetical want of mine.
