Loss Weight Diary
Day 1 - my husband did it.
It all comes to when I was sitting while typing on my laptop and suddenly I feel suffocated ? I started to touch my fat belly and I feel ashamed of myself on how i can let that happened to me? I once an athlete and look at me, totally a couch potato. I then whatsapped my mom and ask her what is the basic thing to loss weight? she replied, “cut down your sugar”
I become more determined, it shouldn’t be a problem a right ? I can live without sugar. i mean, even when I ordered tealive/chatime i will opt for no sugar. i can live with the no taste/bitterness of a drink. i slept with a determination yesterday night.
today [20/7/2020] , there’s potluck in my office, everyone bring their own food. I eat 4 cream puffs, nasi lemak, meehoon and a cup of jeruk buah. I know, i eat a lot but I avoid sugary drink, I stick to my ol plain water. then i go back to my house. u know what, H bought me the Boost juice. I guess my Day 1 is going to restart again tomorrow. I think i’m going to do that, everytime I succumb to a sugary drink, I will restart the cycle again.
i’m determined this time ! I want to see how far I goes I can without consuming sugary drink 💪🏻
