I barely touched you.” The moment he started walking away, she let out a groan before quickly walking after him and grabbing his wrist, continuing to follow behind. “Alright, I take back what I said. You can carry me anytime, just buy me some food.”

He chuckled. Carmen’s sass never ceased to amuse him each day. “But I’m very sensitive, sweetheart,” he grinned before grabbing a tray, smiling as he heard her walk after him. What he didn’t expect was for her to grab him by the wrist, and following him like a child. “Sometimes I wonder if you’re just a large infant, inside,” he said as he stacked food onto his tray.

Travis reached over and grabbed a box before hesitating. “Which size do you want?”
