Also, this started out monitoring people in this country who were not citizens. If you aren’t a citizen, you have no 4th amendment right… RIGHTS after all are reserved for CITIZENS (people seem to forget this anymore.) Now however, it has been perverted and is being used to monitor EVERY CITIZEN, not just the ones with strong suspicion of ties to terrorism. If you can’t see a difference between monitoring international communications of non-citizens and recording every piece of communication traffic that takes place in the country you are a little on the dense side.
