Tried to make a pull-apart cheese bread. Next time ill make my own loaf, but this turned out ok. Should have sliced the cheese thinner and put the garlic butter in first as well.

Oh, just some stress baking. Really wanted donuts but no fryer and no donut baking pan. But i gave it a shot anyway. Needless to say they were just big cinnamon sugar covered donuts and not particularly great. The glaze was simple with a bit of kiwi flavor. Should have made them smaller, or buy a donut pan. So I made Peanut Butter/Cream Cheese cookies too (because i hated the donuts). They were extra soft and really good with a glass of milk.

Had a couple ripe bananas so you monkey-lookin mutherfuckers know what that means. Thats right Banana Bread Muffins! They also have a Cinnamon-Sugar crumb on top and in the middle Decided on muffin form for quick breakfast and snacks. Couple seconds in the mic and these were perfect any day for a week.

Sure, im a cook so there are always cuts and scrapes on my arms. ALWAYS. and I HATE long sleeves so you can always see them.

So when there are several deeper, longer cuts and I have my sleeves pulled down and keep em down.

Filet Mignon is an immense amount of times better when smoked. I was surprised at the difference and how incr[edible]y tender it was.

Well I cooked today for the first time in a while. Like really cooked, with groceries and prepping and everything. It felt so good and the end result was SOOOO worth it. Wish I could cook like this everyday. Cast Iron Skillet Filet Mignon with sauteed potatoes, veggies and bacon with a sweet powdered skillet Cornbread.
